We get it; life happens, plans change, and you need something as flexible as your day but keeps your goal in focus. Sometimes you might need tough love and other times you need a reminder of just how far you’ve come. Here at Chasing Strength, the person comes first, and your nutrition and fitness are meant to add to your life (even when it gets hard).

Fitness Coaching Options:
  • Customized Workouts for the equipment available to you (at home or in the gym) and your current fitness level
  • Progressive Training designed to build towards your goals.
  • In person meet ups can be included for running.
Accountability:
  • Whether you like to be left alone to follow the plan or prefer a little more support in the form of regularly scheduled check ins.
Supportive Team:
  • Option to join a team for various fitness events, from 5Ks to Obstacle Courses.
  • Option to join semi-regular meet ups.
